How to get Warzone’s exclusive weapon for Halloween

This royal battle was terrified by the event “The Ghost of Verdansk” and we explain how to bring the exclusive Halloween weapon to the war zone.

If there’s one thing we can say about COD Warzone, it’s that they surprise us month after month with great improvements. In October, we received a map update to walk under Verdansk and, even better, the Halloween event to keep players happy. Like every event, it’s full of surprises and novelties like trick or treat mechanics to get weapons and accessories.

Get the exclusive weapon: Pumpkin Punisher

To obtain the exclusive Halloween weapon in Warzone (a 5.56 gray card called Pumpkin Punisher), you only need to find 16 rewards for the Haunting of Verdansk event in the Trick or Treat game. The rewards include weapons, stickers, sprays, and more.

At the time when the Haunting of Verdansk event started, we didn’t know where these rewards were. However, a few days ago the Infinity Quarter decided to announce the location of each quarter.

Where are the 16 Halloween event rewards in the war zone?

Go to the following locations to find the 16 rewards and beware of the fears.

Verdansk North

• Gora Dam
• Karst river quarry
• Arklow-Peak military base

Verdansk West

• City of deposit
• Boneyard Zhokov
• Atlas Superstore
• Verdansk International Airport

Southwest of Verdansk

• Hospital Novi
• The hills of Grazna

Center and south of Verdansk

• BCH television station
• City center

East Verdansk

• Port of Verdansk
• Verdansk Gulag
• Gorengrad shipyard

When you find all 16 rewards, you automatically unlock the new Halloween card at Gray. If you don’t do that, you’ll come across an error in the war zone code, but don’t worry, we’ll show you how to fix it.

Solution to the Halloween weapons problem

To date, many players have reported a problem unlocking the exclusive Halloween weapon. Although a recent update has fixed many bugs, the bug with the exclusive weapon is not yet fixed. It is possible that they can still fix it until the end of the event on November 3rd.

The bug exists when a box you open does not count as an open box, which means that it does not add up as an unlocked reward in the code, you must have a total of 16 rewards to get the exclusive weapon.

There is a solution, it can be a bit annoying, but the weapon is worth it. Start by checking each box of the last unlocked weapon. One of the boxes will show a gold alert or confetti, which means that you have already unlocked the missing reward, so fix the error yourself.

Perform the new box search, but not from Battle Royale mode, but from Loot mode. Remember that the event ends on Tuesday, November 3rd, so hurry up.
